I kinda liek the idea, in general more different gear option in sec would be cool I think an medic sec was wished for multible times, but it would also cause medbay be more empty I guess.
But an radio operator yeah could be cool if they have an headset that if they speak though it it gets highlighted for sec so it stands out more or something similar.
But there is also the point that was already mentioned you kinda can already do that and some people like doing it already, but I think having a specific role or gear would encourage more people to do it and would be cool for the people who already like doing it.
Maybe that dispatcher get a map and can click on a spot wich sends a message out to the secoff and if they click onto it they get a GPS route to it(Which I would also like in general for emergency alerts)
