Public urination is a serious crime and I'm fairly sure this exists purely to fuck with chemists. Intended feature afaik

That's not the problem.

Even if you piss with no securitrons in sight, whenever you come across one it will try to arrest you for public urination (I checked security records).
Since bodyguard robuddies have started acting the same way, attacking you after you hit their charge away from their field of view, both behaviors are likely bugs.
