Emerald’s consistently been a positive force on any sec team I’ve seen them on in terms of officer work and communication. Their record as a mentor and player who has gone out of their way to take the time to teach new players systems and welcome them to the game cannot be understated. +1, no notes.
If you wanted some sort of extra tip, a good one is to try and spread burdens around if you find yourself getting super overwhelmed by people wanting constant things or interactions. You can’t be at five places at once, so it’s entirely fair to ask someone to talk to another team member(or other relevant crew) and just focus on your team’s radio from inside the department until you can cool down some.
