At the time of writing I had some rounds with Kira, while I was NTSC and she was HoS at this time because of the Thursday(for me Friday) whitelist for mentor.
The one round we had was an admeme round were everyone was traitor and we had a beach party in the armory, in this case Kira showed me that she can be funny and goes with the goof other people do.
The other round we had was a very stressful round for sec when it comes to being organized. We had 6 salvagers that were very aggressive very early on, and Kira did a good job trying to be up to date and organizing and ordering people.
One thing that stood out to me was them asking me for advise on how to best handle the current situation if we should open the armory or not, I think this is a very good thing to do, being HoS can be very overwhelming and asking the NTSC for well consult is a good thing to do, because we are all just humand and it can be hard to make some decisions and if you are not 100% asking for something like that is a good thing in my opinion.
Later when things got even more heated and sec was basically at war with the salvs, Kira pulled me to the side again and asked me how I would handle this situation if we should execute them or not, she also told me that she is being told that she is often to soft when it comes to punishment, I told her what I would do, that I would warn the salv group as a whole and should they ignore the warning its probably time to go lethal. I also told her that there are more ways to deal with things like that like borging or something similar as punishment, the most important thing for sec is to keep the station and the crew safe.
On a little funny side note she had to run away to get someone I think cloned and while doing that she said I think "got it boss" even though I was the NTSC, its not a critic point just a little funny thing that I noticed, it was probably because she is used to call me that or others in such a moment.
In the end Kira went with her decision how she wants to handle it which is totally okay and overall I think she did very good. She also told me that she normally is used to more low pop rounds, this round had I think 50 player give or take, but I think she handled it very well, she seemed a bit unsure about themselves but I think that is normal at least I have that sometimes.
So, would I say Kira would fit as an HoS? Yes I do, she did a good job this round and the few other rounds I saw them as an secoff, they are always happy to help if someone needs some and bring a positive attitude. So its a +1 from me
