I might be wrong here but I cant remember them often taking more command in sec, but they are often very good on comms and very informed most of the time.
I think one thing that was for example recently negative is an instance were they took the PDA from an AFK captain, I know they feel regret for that action and I assume it was an in a moment thing, because they have been given admeme powers I think and maybe they got a little lost in there.
So if something like this dosnt happen at best not anymore then I would feel comfortable with them being an HoS, also because I think even tho they maybe did some mistakes they learn from it as far as I saw. So it would be a +1 from me

Oh yeah, I cleared that up with admins
All I wanted was to open the contra locker while everyone in security was present and occupied down below so I could jump you all and end it in a glorious way.
My goal was to open the locker and pretty much suicide charge you all

Antag werepug security officer doesn't happen often and we spent waay too much time in the brig

I admitted, it was a pretty uncool thing to do, but I just thought that such a fun round was being wasted with ~15 minutes in the brig

Since I can't edit my post, here's this addendum to my reply above

About not taking charge. I really enjoy the prospect of a chain of command and I try not to overstep when a HoS is present. I still try to remind everyone about the cases that we have going on, I always carry a clipboard with all the information we have so that we don't end up with miscommunication and someone chasing a lead that's been closed so we don't harass any player that we found out actually hasn't done anything.
