I played with puggers for a while now, they are a positive player, and do well as an officer. They are also just in general fun to play together with in a team, they know when they can be silly and when to be more serious.
I might be wrong here but I cant remember them often taking more command in sec, but they are often very good on comms and very informed most of the time.
I think one thing that was for example recently negative is an instance were they took the PDA from an AFK captain, I know they feel regret for that action and I assume it was an in a moment thing, because they have been given admeme powers I think and maybe they got a little lost in there.
So if something like this dosnt happen at best not anymore then I would feel comfortable with them being an HoS, also because I think even tho they maybe did some mistakes they learn from it as far as I saw. So it would be a +1 from me
