Neon Broken Event: Kill StirStir - Prompt Ghosts to Become StirStir

On the map Neon, an objective for crew with the Broken effect can be to kill StirStir. I think it would make for a more fun objective if ghosts were prompted to become StirStir when this particular event triggers.
