I've seen this happen a couple times across a week. Whenever someone unlocks the Thermal Resistance mutation (So they have both Heat Resist and Cold Resist), the combined resist shows up as an unresearchable Unknown Mutation in the mutations list, which makes it impossible to create injectors for. Since the Heat and Cold resists become the Thermal Resist, this also makes it impossible to grab injectors from the base resists.
Related: After failing to get either resist from a Genetecist with Thermal Resist, we checked a monkey that appeared to only have Cold Resist, and the Cold Resist mutation also appeared to have vanished from the monkey, to be replaced with the Unknown Mutation.
