Auto map vote system

We have this, a map vote preference. But it counts has a half vote if you don't actively vote when the message comes up telling you to vote.

I think it might be good to temporarily display the button to vote as a HuD Element button on your screen, which might make it less cumbersome to vote than using the command panel.
