I've been around a bit less but the times I've seen Daisybell have been positive, When seeing Kira in security she's interactive, putting time and effort into checking on others in security and around the station, and engaging with them, and when things begin picking up in a round and turning chaotic she's shown to be a reliable member of the team, communicative and supportive, while handling stressful situations well, I believe she has the knowledge, the positive attitude towards interacting with people and helping others and reliability to be a positive influence on the round and team as HoS!
