I think I've seen Solana since they began their sec journey as secass, they seem to me to be a very calm person and their judgment is also good.
As a secoff they are solid, they communicate well, and in general are nice to have in the team.
They know how to be fun as secoff and as an antag.
Cant really remember specific situations with them taking over leader ship, but this could just be me being bad at focusing things.
I recommend them because they play like someone who would be good as an HoS with their calm self, if they can keep that together with the bit more stress that comes with being an HoS, then they could be great so yeah a +1 from me
