Hi ho. The military pda available for syndie purcase at syndie base should, i feel, be tweaked slightly
1: immune to detomatrix.
2: untrackable by packets.
3: better speakers so a sous cart won't burn it out.
Just some random suggestions to spice up and make it useful-er!
