I believe Cynthia to be a dependable officer whenever I see them alongside me in security. They are a strong communicator, just in their punishment of antagonists but also fair, tailoring their decisions based on the state of any given round. She has shown she knows when best to offer opportunity for antags to continue their round and when things have gone far enough and those same antags must reap their reward through exile, execution or any other gimmick punishment that may be suggested by the proper chain of command.
Further I've recently seen her training numerous new security assistants in extreme detail, even offering the opportunity to accompany her once the training is done. I think this level of commitment to training new security staff is incredibly important to making those new recruits feel welcome and more inclined to stay within the ranks of security until they feel confident to attempt being an officer themselves, Which Cynthia has done every time I've seen her train new assistants.
The only situation I'm yet to see Cynthia in is one of the "true crisis" shifts in which most of security and command are dead. The few times I've been alongside Cynthia on such a shift she's died herself, which isn't a flaw in itself. However, since Cynthia is a puritan I do not know how she reacts to these situations during the regrouping and rallying phases following these crises. I would like the opportunity to see her during one of these as they usually come down to the HoS, or a brave officer, rallying the entire department to prioritise threats, arrests, patrols, everything really.
As it stands, I would very much like to see Cynthia handle some truly stressful shifts, as security occasionally has, but I would gladly follow them as a Head of Security +1
