Been waiting for this one for a long time.
Emerald is consistently one of the best teachers in recent memory, spending multiple shifts in a row if necessary to show someone the ropes (I have seen this). They're also one of the most dependable officers, someone I'm always happy to have on the team. Shows a strong commitment to keeping a peaceful environment and standing as someone to follow when hope is lost. Since they're a mentor, they also have the opportunity to play HoS on Fridays, and shows that these traits cross over in a larger position of power. Definitely a HoS in the making!
