RP Reflection Security Edition

I've only played two or three rounds alongside Giselle, so I will try to keep that in mind with this feedback:

In a recent round Giselle was engaging in multiple knife-tossing competitions with other crew members to the point of death, and was asked to stop by the Head of Security on shift several times. Giselle decided to ignore the HoS and kept doing it, even while crime and other incidents were going on. Giselle nearly died from blood loss twice, and was fired from security due to not listening to the HoS. I remember Giselle saying "Well the Captain outranks you".

• One core concept of the RP servers is "act like you want to keep your job, and that being fired would be a terrible outcome". No one working for Nanotrasen should have the attitude of "Whatever boss man, fire me if you want but knife is life". While the Captain outranks everyone on a shift, your department head is still someone that should be listened to, and ignoring their concerns or requests - or just going over their heads to the captain - should be avoided as much as possible if the requests have merit.
  
• Security has very unique gear that can easily turn the tide of a shift. I'm not saying you're not allowed to die, or to intentionally avoid situations that might be dangerous but you probably should avoid dying from playing tossy-knife in a dark maintenance tunnel in the middle of nowhere.
