Keep in mind a Cyborg without a Power Cell, has the following debuffs applied to them:
- They cannot hear *anything*. No radio, no text. Nothing.
- They cannot talk or emote in any way. You have no means of communication.
- It's incredibly vague, only showing the same 'Low Power' indicator. People don't examine enough to identify the loss of a power cell.
Last time I lost one, I spent 20-30 minutes trying to commune with people to get a cell replaced.
I would be totally fine with this PR, and opening the chest compartment, if there was a more obvious indicator and they could hear speech but not radio. I feel like that would still lead to some extra interaction. You take a borg out of the fight, they either have to retreat or you can make demands to them, little deals. I think that's cool.
