Hey Jolyne, this is entirely feedback-based and not an -1 or +1. I watched a couple of rounds but I think before anything else and to be useful to you there's a few things that I think might be getting in the way of some great qualities you have as a player that could be easily addressed with the amount of energy and drive you have as a person. However, this is entirely my personal opinion, I'm not a security player and it's perfectly fine to disagree with it.
I'm not going to cover what others have mentioned here so far as it would just be re-treading old ground that while valid I think you're smart and know how you can listen to and address that feedback yourself. I do think they have some important points to listen to but I think the key part behind them is that you're from what I can tell a passionate person. This at times can fuel some really positive events, from what I've seen of you on both discord and from some occasional interactions when you're having a good time you are happy to share and include that with others.
I've seen you react with great improv to events in game. However I think you also can occasionally let that drive you to react negatively to negative events more strongly than you'd like when they happen, and they will happen sometimes in game and elsewhere. HoS is one of those roles where the potential for that happening only increases as your team looks to you to set an example of how to react to problems, and you are going to get some antags who also get upset however unreasonably that things have not gone their way and direct it at you.
To very briefly dip into a pseudo endorsement: you're perfectly capable and skilled, it's only that I don't know how you'll take the bad days of being a HoS which every HoS I know says happen. Those same HoSs will have ways to brush that off without reacting, to let a bad round be something to learn from, or laugh about, or just forget and move on.
I'd recommend personally before anything else finding a really good way that works for you to cope with handling when thing go poorly: whether its just putting your hands up and going and doing something else, refocusing on something you feel you can be productive in, or something else that helps you venting in public. I have been personally watching and following your work on the plantstation project which frankly I wish I had an ounce of the same drive you have work at the pace you've been going at and honestly I really like the idea of a biofuel-based station. It's great to see you're beginning to run testing sessions for it. I think this is a example of you using your personal passion in a really constructive and beneficial way and channelling that energy you have into something great. Seeing that drive put towards showing you can handle things magnanimously when they're not going your way (unfairly or not) would I think go a long way of putting some concerns you've seen so far to rest.
Hope this is useful, and again if you disagree with what I'm saying that's fine.
