Most of my concerns have already been stated here by everyone else, but I’ve noticed that certain behaviours in a round changes depending on the job you’re playing. For example, when you play Captain, a lot of the time you might make irrational decisions or neglect the Security team when there’s no HoS present. On the other hand, as a Security Officer, you’re able to act a lot more level-headed and responsive, which is great. Whilst being a Captain does require focus on other departments, having no response from the Captain or an insufficient one when security needs your authority is difficult. I’m not sure whether I can trust you as a HoS if how you play as a Captain will reflect on how you play HoS.
You might want to look at other player’s HoS rounds by spectating or playing security or even previous accepted applications to give you a better understanding of what to do/what not to do as a HoS (if you haven’t already!) I think you just need more time and understanding with Security and I look forward to seeing your improvement if you’ll still be playing 3 and 4!
