[PR] EMAG disables borg interface locks instead of freeing them

Could also potentially make it based on limb targetting too, so clicking the head with it pops open the brain casing, targetting the chest opens that, and targetting a limb could potentially pop it off.

Would be cool since if a specific borg is being too speedy to open their chest/head and then use the linker/remove the brain, you can target their legs instead
