It's a horribly unfun gamemode that does not allow latejoining.

the standard BR round will only last up to half an hour maximum from what i've seen, so you can just wait it out typically

That's half an hour anyone looking for a server to play on won't spend waiting.

Shouldn't be balancing the game around people who don't have patience to observe for half an hour.
