I cannot stress how much I think Violet is a great fit for Head of Security. Every shift out of the MANY I've worked with her on she's been a constant professional - Level headed, communicative, and has a clear understanding of how to keep a round fair and well paced. She is always working with security assistants to show them the ropes and does a great job managing the chaos of responding to security calls. This is a big +1 recommendation from me.
