This special action allows you to turn on your flashlight to maximum power and direct it as someone's face in order to blind them.
This is activated by clicking a tile with harm intent.
On use you will be rooted in place and point your flashlight in that direction.
Anyone who is facing the same direction in a 1-2 tile radius from you will progressively get blinded by having their screen slightly tinted white. Whoever fully stayed in the tile for 5 seconds will then suffer from a slight movement speed debuff with a visual indicator of their head slightly flashing white.
After use the flashlight bulb will be temporarily be burnt out, and be unable to be used until a long cooldown.
