What if emeraldenergy was a HoS? (like what if that happened)

All i can say here is both as an officer and a Friday HoS i'm generally pretty happy to see Kira if i'm in security. Keeps things organized, people communicating, and decisions get made. They seem to also pretty respectably know their limits, i don't see them trying to grind out another security round when they are burnt out from the last one, even when it's the one day they can play HoS currently.
