Heya, just wanted to say been observing some rounds. Just by pure chance had a lot of opportunities to watch you as an engineer or chief.
Really think you're a fun player from what I've seen, we've had some interactions that are pretty fun and you have a great temperament for rounds. Even when it's chaotic you've ploughed on with things and kept an eye on your department. I think that kind of attitude would really help for being a mentor.
I haven't seen any real capitalisation of training opportunities though. There's been a few moments someone's said something like "I'm not sure how I do X" that you haven't jumped on. However, I do want to say those have usually come at busier times, so it's not a negative mark in my view, just perhaps more of a "It's hard for me to gauge how you teach if I can't catch you teaching and you might be missing opportunities like this"
Just from what I've personally seen though. I can't really say +1 but I can say what I have seen is nice and positive as a player. Maybe I'll get lucky and catch it, and I'll happily update this if I do. Or someone else will see and comment. I just didn't want to keep leaving it.
