I believe you lack experience and temperment.
Since you seem to be concernee with your "win" ratio, I will give advice. bare in mind this advice applied to me about two years ago.
Its not a competition. Its not about winning. Or losing. But attitude can definitely make you lose.
Learn to communicate more, interact more, and learn to exercise some restraint and not "trying to win" or even thinking about "winning"
If they had fun, they won. If you have fun, you've won.
Communicate more, relax, take in the players not just the chase.
