Wasn't originally going to comment as I haven't seen much of you, but complaining about feedback you've gotten in the discord is a massive no from me. When you apply for Head of Security, you should be doing so accepting any judgement you get. What you write, how you respond and how others reply all will effect other peoples judgement and that's fine. How you act in the Discord is also important - Being Head of Security means you're expected to be cool and be chill - People will be looking up to you for guidance, after all.
Between your presence in the discord and how you've handled the feedback on this application, I would not be comfortable with you being made Head of Security currently. -1.
