Ideas of questionable quality

In a case of round like salvies and nukies, which can be metaed a bit with manifest, the manifest on that round should add non existing employees that has names picked from players name from that other round so the manifest looks filled and less empty.

I feel like that'd be even easier to meta.

Of course this is the questionable quality idea thread. Not the good idea thread
