Imo, AEX is fine as is, yes it can be quite deadly, but can also easily be countered with a barrier, if you reflect an aex shot back to the person firing it, you will most likely stun, and maybe even delimb them, its far riskier than buckshot, since reflected buckshot can often be dodged.
