Used to be how it worked from what I heard. People just ended up abusing it?

If an antag wants to vend monkeys and take all round to make a zombie army, more power to them.

for as long as these zombies don't spread the zombie virus, i see no problem with this.

Honestly I think it would be funny if it revived players but non-antag zombified them if decomp was too far gone.

They'd still slowly rot over time and might have a limb or two fall off, which you could replace with robot limbs or fresher parts for some Frankenstein creations
