In general, round removing someone via SR is part of the high risk of it. DNR people getting gibbed has absolutely no consequences, because these cant be revived at all, so thats just a confirmation of that fact. And you pull out SR only in cases cloning is no option, so these people are mostly round removed anyway. Fucking up the SR revival doesnt do too much bad in thse cases.
