Change strange reagent failures

Dunno, gibbing the corpse feels right for skill-issueing the revival of someone via SR.

I feel like a good idea would be to turn the corpse into a horrid abomination that tries to kill people... it would feel thematic for strange reagent.

In general, round removing someone via SR is part of the high risk of it. DNR people getting gibbed has absolutely no consequences, because these cant be revived at all, so thats just a confirmation of that fact. And you pull out SR only in cases cloning is no option, so these people are mostly round removed anyway. Fucking up the SR revival doesnt do too much bad in thse cases.
