A few kudzu people ideas, and a modest kudzu proposal

The one major thing I feel Kudzu people need more than anything is to be immune to stinging nettles, its hard enough to kill people and convert them into kudzu when half the station is attacking you especially with limited angles, but when your own traps kill them too its a double whammy of shooting yourself in the foot.

You aren't supposed to be killing people and turning them into kudzu in the first place!

If I'm the guy who planted the seed and have a chainsaw for an arm.. I will probably be doing most of if not all of the killing, I just don't want to be accidentally killing my kudzu peeps.

Oh snap just an additional thought, some kind of Vine mine to ensnare/trap characters would be a neat idea, non lethal too.
