chef should have bartender access and vice versa

^^^^ I mean im a regular chef player and also in some maps the chef can just enter the bar space, so why not just give them bartender access instead of a weird semi-bartender access, the bartender getting chef access is just kinda a addon and could not be added while chef having bartender access can be added
