chef should have bartender access and vice versa
#5
Without a supportive botany and engineer kitchens can reliably 1 to 2 people working in them. Many chefs seem to dislike having to share a kitchen due to not having enough ingredients to do what they want for a whole round and zero gurantee of being able to get more.

Bartenders likewise tend bar. Chefs ususlly have access to the bar but the bartender not to the kitchen.

Technically in most resteraunts the head chef would be nominally in charge of the bartender so this makes sense to me.
