We already had a LONG DISCUSSION on this before and we came out that it should do a minor stun.

I thought I was going crazy, wasn't it pretty recent too? I can't spot the thread, I planned to link it in.

To be clear I don't think that doesn't mean people can't discuss this, but I think it's got some pretty relevant comments in it, from devs too.
