make vomiting more impactful

as of right now, vomiting  is  useless. it purges chems inside you, occasionally plops down the ball of half-digested food and interrupts your speech, but that's it.
i feel like it should be a bit more debilitating. realistically, you wouldn't just throw up in an instant, or while  running around, and be perfectly fine.
no idea what it should do, though, so take it more as a conversation thread for what it should do more.

the chem purge and stuff is realistic, I enjoy that a lot- I think in terms of adding to drawbacks... a small stun or knockdown might be possible doable without being completely overwhelming or annoying. like a 1 to 3 second stun at best. or potentially, to be slightly more annoying, randomly/rarely knocking you down as if to wind you. 

in my opinion, this would make the most sense in terms of realism. IRL vomitting usually will make things better for you in the long term but in the short term make you feel bad! so an immediate stun of some sort upon vomitting while keeping the chem purge might do it? obv this is just my first thoughts.

also if this were to be done, there could be an update to the Mass Emesis gene making it so you have to synchronize it to prevent the stun from occurring
