While I don't know 100% what was going on during this most recent round I happened to be observing, you were the CE and it seems that command, specifically the Captain and HoS were working on dispatching zombies and while they were requesting your help, based on what I gathered, the HoS had you removed from the armory but you were arguing with a member of security about going in because you "listen to the Captain and not the HoS".
Even though the Captain makes final decisions, you should still listen to what the head of a department wants. Ignoring them and blowing them off and arguing with their team because you only want to listen to who has the power is not something I would be thrilled to see in a HoS.
I share the same sentiment that you need more time when it comes to leadership roles and delegation.
