I do not feel comfortable with Morrow as a HoS. I have frequently witnessed you displaying frustration in ghost chat or discord during/after more chaotic rounds.
I also have serious concerns about your ability to de-escalate. For instance: In a busy shift, there was a dispute between two officers in security comms, which Morrow responded by yelling at them to keep silent.
