Morrow Moonhollow (and Curie Mint!) HoS Application 2: REVENGANCE

Morrow is a highly dependable and responsible officer and RPs excellently. Even in the most dire situations they may voice their unhappiness with the circumstances, but that is quickly followed by constructive directions and solutions. I recall recently a shift in which security, along with many other parts of the station, was bombed to pieces and they briefly cursed the perpetrator, and then hauled ass to fix the situation as best they could. I feel at ease when i see them on duty and that feeling would probably carry over strongly were i to see them as HoS. I think they got what it takes.
