roundstart chaplins have a 5% chance to spawn with a ectosensor eye

Getting an ectosensor eye is so straightforward but annoying at the same time. While I don't think they should start with the eye, maybe an item that allows them to see? Seeing ghosts from roundstart seems like something a chaplain is already steered towards doing, especially with the Ouija board.

However, if you check discord you can see that there is some work being made in pantheons and such. Perhaps this info would be best forwarded there.

i think it would be a good way to gear chaplins towards actually rp-ing as the stations defacto designated spirit medium if they had a slight, but easier, access to visually seeing ghosts the ghosts as well
