Stuff Shirts Into Riot Launchers

I was hanging clocks on the wall in my bathroom when I slipped and I was knocked out when I hit my head on the sink counter. When I woke up, it came to me: the ability to stuff t-shirts (or even entire outfits!) into the riot launcher. What if emagging them allowed more outfits or even for certain clothing items to even be worn on whoever it hits? Imagine launching a cluwne mask at someone's head!

I actually had a similar idea to this not too long ago, but as an Antag item for the staffie/clown/ etc.-adjacent gimmick roles: The T-Shirt cannon! Uses cloth as ammunition, but can also accept general clothing; it fires dumb looking t-shirts with ugly slogans that immediately replace the jumpsuit-layer on the victim. This also makes the victim's other clothing and pocket items to fall on the floor. (Think what happens when you remove your jumpsuit layer by accident). I personally think it works better as an antag purchase weapon, that way the grenade launchers aren't constantly clamored for by bored non-antags looking to goof off.
