Make farts and oxygen agent b more accessible

My first forum post was forever again and forgotten by me but botany can make synthbutt plants, they toot but they don't actually release any farts, so could be something Always love ideas that get departments to work together.

Would be fun, maybe having it happen on harvest with a funny sound.
