Considering that its kinda easy to make a lot of money in cargo, especially when mining is doing very well, I would put down the chances of getting a gun way down or don't make it possible at all, otherwise I think people would just buy a shit ton of those and hand out guns, but otherwise it sounds like a fun little thing you could buy
