Do we need a special rule against bombing the diner on RP?

I'd enjoy a few faux department options for the  bomb testing range, with tables and lights and stuff. It'd be a lot more work, but I'd also never use the diner again if I had somewhere which replicated the station more accurately.

Hemera and Bradbury are alternatives, tough they are smaller and less furnished
