throwing a sharpened id, instead of doing instant damage, and embedding, adds a piece of shrapnel into the hit target and removes one random access from the id card. if an id card has 0 accesses available, it flies like a paper aeroplane instead, with a small cosmetic explosion when it hits a wall.
