Currently, the hyperlink won't work if your PDA is opened to another program. Switching it back isn't very convenient, and in my experience this keeps a significant number of people from actually using them.

Yeah, this is a big issue with it. You've got to be on the HOME page too, not just the apps menu. It's a little annoying, especially since Sec already use their PDAs a lot.
