[CLOSED PR] Renames the Bible to Sacred Tome + edits icon to be religiously neutral

I have been in support of this every time it has come up and i'm still in support.

Calling it censorship is unproductive. We as the goonstation community have changed and even removed a lot of things over the years because we have believed the server to be better that way.

I believe this is a good direction.
