Add a Area for eyes and more in appearance (Bionics, etc.)

Legs I can see, as like arms they function the exact same. Eyes however have additional functions so putting them in the character menu seems iffy.

Also it just takes more away from robotics which needs more to do already.

Same here on the thought line.

I'd would be cool if Robotics could maintain it or research it. I always found that robotics needs to have some sort of medical role in cyborgs and robotic limbs 1st then making robots.
