Glasser Trisk HOS application

I haven't seen Glasser around too much, but the times I have raised no concerns. I have yet to see any instances of taking leadership, however. This is not to say that there have been none; it is simply that I haven't seen any. Given some more demonstrations of leadership and teaching in security, I would be comfortable giving Glasser a +1.

Also- 9mm does exist in the armory, in the ammo dispenser. You can dispense a few magazines, then order a resupply via cargo. They're just rarely used.
