Small change. Infusing synthmeat (base synthmeat, not any of the organ ones) with changeling blood will get you Shambling Synthmeat. It has a change to deal a couple points of brute damage whenever you harvest it without plant protection, and generally needs to be weakened like a lasher plant. Thankfully, it can't break chainsaws and isn't nearly as violent.
When harvested, it drops changeling meat, the same you'd get from gibbing a changeling. It's just a nice way to make cursed food abominations when the ling was already cremated, or never existed to begin with.
